April 30, 2025 - June 10, 2025Every three to five years we have the opportunity to collect valuable parishioner insight through the Disciple Maker Index survey. This important survey asks you to reflect on your faith journey at CTK to help us assess our strengths and opportunities. This survey also helps us create our strategic vision as it reveals where the Holy Spirit is at work in our community and where there are needs.The survey only takes 10-15 minutes, and the results are confidential.The survey closes June 10.
