RUAH (Young Adults)

RUAH occurs one Sunday each month in the Rother House from 6:00-8:30 p.m. Young adults come and enjoy a potluck meal* and then stick around for an awesome evening of different forms of prayer!

Together, young adults sing hymns, pray with Scripture (Lectio Divina), and then move into charismatic prayer. Charismatic prayer includes intercessory prayer as a large group and as small groups, specifically asking for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the YA community, CTK parish, and the Catholic Church as a whole. Lastly, the evening concludes with night prayer in accordance with the Liturgy of the Hours.

This is a great event if you are interested in meeting other young adults in the community and would like to learn how to pray in accordance with the traditions of the Church.

*Main entree is provided, attendees are encouraged to bring sides.
