Tulsa Day Center Dinner Sponsorship

Parishioners are invited to participate in this volunteer opportunity by baking a casserole or cookies and/or serving the evening meal. 

If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up below. Casseroles and cookies may be dropped off at the Sacred Heart Evangelization Center kitchen on Friday, January 24, by 4:45 pm. Please bring your casserole hot or warm and ready to serve.  We won't have time to reheat cold or frozen casseroles.  If you need to drop off casseroles or cookies earlier in the day, you may drop off in the parish office.

If you only want to serve at the Day Center, please arrive at 5:30 p.m. (415 W Archer St, Tulsa, OK 74103). 

• Casserole Volunteers: An email will be sent with the recipe after signing up.
• Cookie Volunteers:  Bake or purchase 2-3 dozen of any cookie and place 2-3 cookies in individual ziplock bags.
