St. Gianna Ministry
The St. Gianna Ministry serves to lift up and share God’s abundant love with new and expectant mothers at the Parish of Christ the King. Through prayers, frequent phone calls, and encouragement from a St. Gianna volunteer, mothers will be supported spiritually and emotionally and will receive small gifts of love and welcome from their baby’s conception to infant Baptism. This ministry is made up of both volunteers and new or expectant mothers.

The Pregnancy & Infant Loss Ministry at our church is here to support families through the deep grief of losing a baby. We know that in the days, weeks, and months after a miscarriage or infant loss, you may feel as though the Lord is distant. Yet, we hold fast to the truth of Psalm 34:19: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, saves those whose spirit is crushed.” Our church community walks alongside you during this difficult time.Through our ministry, we offer compassionate care through a small care package and a dedicated prayer partner to provide spiritual and emotional support.
